You may have noticed a small widget in the bottom right-hand corner of our website—meet PubTrawlr AI, our new assistant, which we’re thrilled to introduce in beta form!

So, what makes our AI unique? Unlike general-purpose tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other large language models (LLMs), PubTrawlr AI isn’t trying to be a know-it-all. Instead, it’s laser-focused on one thing: delivering insights from the high-quality, peer-reviewed journal articles that we share in our newsletter and article feed.

In other words, PubTrawlr AI doesn’t pretend to know everything—it works smarter by staying within the bounds of trusted, curated scientific content. Think of it as your knowledgeable (but humble) research assistant, tailored specifically to help you explore the cutting-edge studies and findings that matter most in public health and science.
